The video tour on my home at 400 Denton Circle has been the best tour I have ever used. First of all, the homeowner who is out of town was so impressed. It allowed me to out-shine the other 2 Realtors he previously used. I do a web-site for every home that I list. Everyone gets to see it; buyers and Realtors and potential listing clients. Potential listing clients are impressed and other agents have a tool to make my listing stand out. An agent had a client coming in from Chicago and she was going to show them my listing. She was able to send the web-site for the home to them. By viewing the video tour they knew about the home before they got here. It also highlighted the community showing the parks and amenities. When I go on a listing appointment I can direct them to my web-site which now includes samples of my video tours. The extra exposure on the postings at unique web-sites lets me do marketing other Realtors are not doing.

Thanks a million for extending the offer of your Internet Marketing Package to showcase my listings. When you called, I didn't know exactly how this would benefit me but I decided to give it a try and see what happened. The very morning that I was notified my listings were up and running on the various sites, I got a call from someone wanting to set up an appointment for this weekend to see one of the listings.
