Video productions are a great new feature very few companies are offering to real estate professionals.  Video not only brings your listings to the forefront of a larger population than ever before, it also adds an important and impressive feature to your listing presentations and sets you apart from the agents out there that do not understand the value of visual marketing.

Full motion video is not a good match for every listing.  That’s why we offer several different methods of visual marketing.  Make sure to take everything into consideration before ordering a video production for your listing.

Questions to ask yourself before ordering:

    1. Is this listing an exceptional listing? Video is recommended for those properties in higher price ranges, as the inital cost and hosting is more expensive than a conventional virtual tour. Properties that are poorly lit or cluttered or not properly prepared for marketing are not good choices for video. Video is a great fit for a ‘WOW!’ listing
    2. Is this listing in a high traffic area?  Traffic can be a huge problem for video. Although traditional photography and virtual tours catch a brief second of a quiet street and preserve it for view, video is full motion and will show all those cars as they drive by.  Don’t forget, it’s not just the front of the home on display; the traffic can also be visible through the windows of the home.  If being downtown or close to metro areas is a plus for your listing – great!  If your seller will be upset that the traffic distracts from the listing you may be better off with a conventional virtual tour
    3. Is this listing water front?  Water front properties are great for video!
    4. Does this listing have wonderful views?  Video is a great way to show off that breath taking view!
    5. Will video truly enhance this listing, or am I really more in need of a larger internet presence for my listing?  You can get some of the benefits of video without using a full motion video tour.  Our Internet Marketing Package allows a slideshow of still photos to be processed as streaming video and placed on the same websites as a full motion video.

So, what is the difference between slideshows produced as streaming video and full motion video?  The biggest differences are found in the subtle nuances that are eye-catching when viewing.  A full motion video can catch clouds moving, animals and wildlife, breezes in the trees, and ceiling fans moving.  Think those aren’t important?  Think again!  Those movements allow a viewer to experience your listing in a totally new way, and give their senses one more way to bond with the property.

We’re always here to answer your questions about this exciting new product.  We want your full motion video experience to be wonderful, and to help promote your listings to the widest audience possible.
